Q. Who is the Forever Young Program designed for?
A. The program is designed for individuals who care about their ongoing skincare needs and are looking for an affordable and flexible way to support those needs. They also appreciate that, though the results of an initial treatment are awesome, maintenance is required to continue to see a similar, and in some cases, improved results long term.
Q. What are the benefits of the Forever Young Membership Program?
A. The Forever Young Program provides a cost-effective and flexible approach to skin maintenance. For a low monthly fee, patients can select from three popular maintenance services to meet their needs and also receive discounts on other products and services on an ongoing basis (see below for additional information). It’s a great option that allows for a long-term approach to skin care—you can plan accordingly as to what treatments support your goals and at what intervals.
Q. What is the cost and terms of the membership program?
A. There is a $50 sign-up fee for the program. It is then $125 per month thereafter. If an individual would like to schedule the allowed monthly service the month they sign up, then the first $125 monthly payment is due at the time of sign-up. Otherwise, the $125 monthly payment is set up to auto-draft the first day of each month following the sign-up date.
The program is a 12-month term and automatically renews at the end of the term. A 30-day notice is required from the member for cancellation after the first 12 months. Billing can be paused for up to 60 days annually due to travel or illness.
Q. What do I receive each month as a member of the program?
A. For the $125 per month, members choose one treatment per month from the following list:
- BBL (Broadband Light)*
- DermalInfusion
- SkinPen
Q. Can I bank the monthly treatments?
A. No. You either use it or lose it.
Q. Do I have to choose the same treatment each month?
A. No. You can choose a SkinPen one month, a BBL treatment the next month, and a DermalInfusion the month after that. Or, you can choose the same treatment for months in a row. It’s up to you as to what treatment you choose each month.
Q. What additional discounts do I receive as part of the program?
A. In addition to selecting a BBL, SkinPen, or DermalInfusion treatment each month, members can cash in on additional Member Discounts* as follows:
- Additional Monthly Treatments (BBL, SkinPen, or DermalInfusion) for $99 each
- SkinPen® with PRP for an additional $150
- Botox® for $8.50/unit + $.25/unit Maintenance Discount
- Filler Discount at $25 off per treatment
- Chemical Peels at 35% off
- 20% Off Services, including Ultherapy®, Halo®, diVa®, SculpSure®, and other laser treatments
- In-store SkinMedica® purchases at 25% off of the full retail price
- Other in-store retail products at 10% off of the full retail price

A. Members receive a SculpSure® Treatment on their anniversary date, which includes 4 applicators. The treatment must be redeemed within 30 days of the membership anniversary date.

Q. What is a Broadband Light (BBL) Treatment?
A. Using controlled pulses of light energy, a BBL treatment can treat several skin conditions, including enlarged pores, blemishes, uneven skin pigmentation, sun-induced freckles, broken capillaries, and facial redness.
Q. What is DermalInfusion?
A. DERMALINFUSION is a non-invasive, patented, 3-in-1 dermatological treatment used to exfoliate, extract, and infuse the skin all at the same time. This all-inclusive approach in a single step is one aspect that sets DERMALINFUSION apart from other skin care treatments. It is the only exfoliation-to-serum technology with optimal-depth delivery that’s critically-timed with long-lasting and immediate results. The treatment is customizable to all skin tones and a great treatment choice for acne, fine lines and wrinkles, sun damage, melasma, and hyperpigmentation.
Q. What is a SkinPen treatment?
A. SkinPen supports the skin’s natural ability to produce collagen and elastin, resulting in healthier looking skin after treatment with little to no downtime. The treatment works by using tiny needles to create microscopic channels in the skin that help to accelerate the skin’s repair process—allowing for the production of new collagen and elastin. It is a great treatment for scarring, sun damage, fine lines and wrinkles, and a dulling complexion. It can be used on the arms, hands, neck, face, abdomen, décolleté, and back.
Q. What is SculpSure?
A. SculpSure is a non-invasive, FDA-cleared laser treatment for non-surgical lipolysis. Using heat, the body-contouring system targets areas like the love handles, abdomen, back, and inner and outer thigh—localized “trouble areas” that, for some people, seem resistant to diet and exercise.
*BBL treatment includes one area as defined by our pricing book. Botox pricing requires a 30 unit minimum treatment and the $.25/unit Maintenance Discount applies only if prior treatment was received in prior 120 days of maintenance appointment. Maintenance Discount excludes touch-ups (less than 10 units). SkinMedica discount excludes monthly discounts or promotions. Filler Treatment discount of $25 applies to package purchases and applies to purchase only. Membership discounts cannot be combined with Monthly Promotions on Treatments, Skin Care, or Retail.
