How is a Thread Lift Performed?
Thread lifts begin with a barbed suture insertion in which threads are fed through the layers of skin. Once the sutures are positioned in the sagging skin, they are pulled taut for a lift effect and secured in place. You will see a noticeable difference from the minimally invasive procedure right away. The sutures dissolve over the coming weeks while being replaced by natural collagen production. What is Recovery Like After a Thread Lift?
After your thread lift, the treated area may be tender, swollen, and bruised for a few days or longer, but will typically resolve on its own within a few days.
