    Job Summary: As an Aesthetic Injector, you will be responsible for delivering elective care for cosmetic complaints through various non-surgical injection procedures. This role involves taking medical histories, performing examinations, developing treatment plans, and administering treatments as directed by the supervising physician. You will play a pivotal role in providing compassionate care and achieving exceptional aesthetic outcomes for our valued clients. Additionally, you will collaborate with our practice team, ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, and use your clinical expertise and artistic sensibility to help clients achieve their aesthetic goals. To excel in this position, you must be self-motivated, well-organized, and willing to provide clients with exceptional customer care. You should be eager to expand your knowledge base and be comfortable recommending our services and product lines to meet client needs.

    Primary Duties:

    • Provide direct patient care as a representative of the physician, adhering to authorized practice guidelines and state law.
    • Conduct new patient intake, including reviewing medical history, discussing aesthetic concerns, explaining practice procedures, and establishing treatment plans.
    • Perform aesthetic services and other agreed-upon procedures, maintaining accurate medical records of all treatments.
    • Ensure patient understanding that they are being treated by a nurse practitioner.
    • Regularly review delegated patient services and guidelines with the supervising physician.
    • Maintain treatment rooms and work areas in compliance with OSHA standards.
    • Manage inventory and supplies for injectable products.

    Secondary Duties:

    • Collaborate with team members for comprehensive client care.
    • Ensure client comfort and safety throughout treatments.
    • Uphold infection control, sanitation, and safety standards.
    • Adhere to OSHA, HIPAA, and licensure requirements.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and techniques.
    • Collect photo and video content for social media.
    • Self-promote aesthetic services and treatments, building your client base.
    • Engage in ongoing professional development and training.

    Requirements

    Education and Experience:

    • Valid state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN), Nurse Practitioner (NP), or Physician Assistant (PA).
    • Prior training and experience with Botox and Dermal Fillers.
    • 2+ years of experience working in a healthcare setting and comfortability with needles..

    Job Summary: This individual is responsible for the delivery of elective skin care services for patients and works under the supervision of the Director of Nursing. Other responsibilities include patient education on treatment plans and medication. Ensures the patient is satisfied with their elective skin care services and products recommended, and continues to return to receive top quality skin care treatment.

    Education and Experience

    • High school diploma; college degree preferred.
    • Current State License
    • Two-years experience in a medical office working as an aesthetician.

    Key Duties and Responsibilities    

    Primary Responsibilities

    • Provide patients with complimentary consultations regardingskin care services.
    • Provide patients with instructions and educational materials that relate to their unique skin type and recommend adjustments to their skin care regiment, as appropriate.
    • Determines the patient’s skin care goals and objectives, and recommend products, esthetician, and physician services that can reasonably facilitate the patient’s attainment of their goals.
    • Seeks advice and supervision of Director of Nursing, as required, on treatment protocols and notifies the Director of Nursing of any patient noncompliance.
    • Responsible for the coordination of any correspondence to patients regarding their skin care treatment plan, product usage, and home care instructions.
    • Delivers medical aesthetic treatments based on established treatment plan and patient orders.
    • Maintains the patient’s medical records detailing all treatment procedures, elective products, medication history, and educational materials distributed.
    • Responsible for patient communication protocols, as defined by the physician(s).

    Secondary Duties    

    • Monitors equipment to insure proper operation, and maintains said equipment in accordance with manufacturer guidelines.
    • Maintains treatment rooms and work areas in compliance with OSHA standards.
    • Participates and attends in-service educational programs and staff meetings.
    • Maintain a valid esthetician license in accordance with state regulations.

    Job Summary: Primary responsibilities are to facilitate the Medical Spa office schedule, maintain proper business and patient records, as well as inventory for the practice. This entails performing (1) receptionist duties, (2) scheduling patients, (3) preparing and maintaining current patient information, and (4) performing general office duties.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Patient check-in/check-out:
      • Greets patients warmly and advises of any delays in schedule.
      • Obtains patient signatures on appropriate forms.
      • Collects payments, completes encounter forms when necessary, and prints receipts.
      • Files/scans paper work as needed.
    2. Answers telephone, schedules clients, answer prospective patient questions, credentials practice and providers appropriately, and takes accurate messages.
    3. Acts as liaison between waiting patients and aesthetic providers.
    4. Prepares and maintains current patient information.
    5. Assists with laundry, trash and other duties in the general office area.
    6. Conducts daily checks on skin care and cosmetic inventory prior to ordering.
    7. Ability to work 1-2 Saturdays each month is required.

    Schedule:

    • Full-time, 40 hours per week
    • Monday through Friday availability needed
    • Required to work 1 Saturday shift per month

    Requirements

    • 2 Years of administrative experience, preferably in a beauty enhancement environment (ie: medspa, salon with spa, dermatology or plastic surgery office)
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Willingness to learn
    • Spanish Speaker and/or Medical Assistant a plus
