DermaTouch RN Adds a Special Touch with a Follow-Up Customer Service Call
Renee Moschitto, Founder of DermaTouch RN, understands that customer service and client satisfaction is required for a successful business. This is why they provide a follow-up service that is rare to find among the MedSpa and cosmetic services industry.To support those who come to the clinic for their wellness and cosmetic needs, DermaTouch RN has an individual on staff to follow-up within two weeks of each patient’s appointment. The purpose of the call is to confirm the patient is happy with the service they received and to see if they need any additional information or education.

calls. Christy has been with DermaTouch RN for more than five years and brings a positive attitude and professionalism to the table.
