As the filler is absorbed over time, additional filler will need to be injected to maintain results.
Further, HA fillers can be reversed with an enzyme that’s injected into the area where filler was injected. In other words, if you don’t love your results, then you can request the enzyme be injected to reverse the results. If you’re working with an expert injector, then hopefully, you’ll love your results and an enzyme will not be required!
