The Forever Young Membership program is cost-effective
Signing up to the program involves an initial one time fee of $50. After that, you pay just $125 per month for a wide range of benefits. If you wish to start your treatments the same month that you first sign up in, your first $125 monthly payment will be due when you sign up. Otherwise, we’ll simply set up an automatic payment of $125 on the first day of each month, starting the month after you sign up. So, no need for you to worry about remembering your payments!
